Access and accounts

Searching is free and does not require an account. Unlocking a report requires an account so we can keep that report available to you and email your receipt. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.

Payments and unlocking

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST. You are charged once, at the moment you unlock a report. Unlocking grants you ongoing access to that report in your library, including the PDF. Receipts are emailed at the time of payment.

Reports and reliance

Reports are prepared by independent, accredited inspectors to NZS 4306:2005, then sealed and time-stamped. A report is not changed once it is published. Reliance extends to parties granted access through Final. The findings reflect the property at the time of inspection and are not a guarantee of future condition.

Sharing

You may share a report you have unlocked through the sharing tools we provide. Copying or excerpting a report outside those tools, or republishing it without permission, is not permitted.

Liability

Final is an independent marketplace that connects buyers, sellers and inspectors. We are not the author of the reports and do not carry out inspections. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run the service and nothing more. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and how we use it.
