Complete your inspection
Carry out your inspection as you normally would, following NZS 4306:2005 methodology. Nothing changes about how you work on-site.

Log in to your inspector dashboard and upload the completed report PDF. We seal it, timestamp it, and make it searchable by address.
Get paid automatically
Every time a buyer or agent accesses your report, your payout is calculated and transferred on your regular payment cycle. No invoicing required.
Registration
How to join the network
We review every application individually. The process takes 2–5 business days from submission to verification.
Apply online
Submit your details, licence number, and proof of professional indemnity insurance. We will confirm receipt within one business day.
Verification
We check your credentials against the relevant licensing body, verify your insurance, and review a sample report for NZS 4306:2005 compliance.
Go live
Once verified, you receive access to your inspector dashboard. Upload your first report and start earning from day one.

We accept licensed building inspectors operating in New Zealand who follow the NZS 4306:2005 standard. We keep the network focused and the quality high.
