What we collect

We collect what we need to run the service and nothing more: the email you sign in with, the addresses you search, the reports you unlock, and payment details handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to give you access to the reports you unlock, email your receipts and sign-in links, send the suburb alerts you ask for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with the providers who help us run Final, such as our payment and email providers, only to the extent they need it. When you request an inspection, the details you provide are shared with the assigned inspector.

Retention

We keep your account and the reports you have unlocked for as long as your account is open, so they stay available to you. We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to correct it. You can close your account from your account settings at any time.
